Navigating faith shifts, religious trauma and deconstruction can be a long, lonely road. This six-session group offers a supportive space to share stories, reflect together, and process what we’re navigating—including the good, the hard, the heavy and the hopeful parts.
Whether you’re still unraveling, rebuilding, or simply curious about how others are navigating similar shifts, we’d love for you to join us.
*Attend the sessions you are able to attend.
About our facilitator: Brooks Decker is a writer, artist, and mental health counselor. She spent many years deeply involved in non-denominational Christianity, both to her benefit and detriment. She has spent the past decade in some version of deconstruction, having comfortably landed with more questions than answers.
